Chickpea & Tuna Salad

This salad uses the synergy of lean fish protein and legume fiber to provide a high level of satiety without a heavy feel. The fiber in the chickpeas slows down the digestion of the carbohydrates, preventing a sharp post-meal spike. It is designed to keep you mentally sharp and physically energized for the afternoon.
