Diabetes-friendly lunch

Salmon & Asparagus Sheet Pan

Salmon provides Omega-3 fatty acids, which are heart-healthy and help reduce inflammation, a common concern in diabetes management. Asparagus is a non-starchy vegetable that adds volume and fiber without significantly impacting glucose. This is a clean, energizing lunch that supports cardiovascular health.
