Diabetes-friendly lunch

Turkey & Spinach "No-Bread" Wraps

By using large lettuce leaves or collard greens instead of flour tortillas, you significantly reduce the refined carbohydrate load of your lunch. This allows you to focus on high-quality lean protein and added fiber. This meal is light on the stomach, preventing the common post-lunch "brain fog."
